Intellectual Property All rights, title, and interest in and to the Application, including all content, software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Geniore AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Copying, modifying, reverse engineering, or redistributing the Application or its components without written consent is strictly prohibited. 3. Service Conditions & Modifications Geniore AI may change, update, or discontinue any feature, design, or function at any time, without liability. If pricing is introduced, users will be notified clearly and transparently before any charges are applied. 4. Multi-Model AI Disclaimer Geniore AI operates through multiple AI models. Outputs are machine-generated and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or biases. The Application does not replace professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for evaluating and verifying the outputs before relying on them. 5. Limitation of Liability The Application is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Geniore AI is not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Application. 6. Prohibited Uses You agree not to use the Application for: Illegal activities or violations of applicable laws, Harassment, abuse, fraud, or spreading harmful or malicious software, Violations of copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights. 7. Data & Privacy The processing of user data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Application, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of data as described therein. Analytics and logs may be collected to improve performance and ensure security. 8. Subscription & Fees The Application may be free or subscription-based. Pricing and billing terms will be communicated clearly before any charges are applied. Geniore AI reserves the right to change subscription plans and fees; users will be notified in advance. 9. Suspension & Termination Geniore AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice in case of misuse or violation of these Terms.
